These terms apply when you buy from nemowaterjet.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer law in your country.
The price shown at checkout — €199, VAT included — is the price you pay. Payment is taken securely by Stripe at the time of order. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability, and will tell you promptly if so.
Orders are sent with tracked delivery and typically arrive within 12–16 days of your order confirmation. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs or carrier delays; if your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will chase it or refund you.
You have 30 days from delivery to return the product for any reason — more generous than the 14-day statutory withdrawal period. Full details, including how to start a return, are in our Refund & Returns policy.
Every NEMOJET carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights. The warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use. It does not cover damage from impacts, opening the sealed body, use of non-original chargers, or failure to rinse the unit with fresh water after use in the sea. To claim, email us with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or video; we will repair, replace or refund.
The NEMOJET is recreational equipment, not life-saving equipment. Always follow the manual: supervise children at all times, respect the depth rating, use the wrist tether in open water, and never use the device to exceed your own swimming ability. You are responsible for complying with local rules on where powered water equipment may be used.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Beyond that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.
The NEMOJET name, logo, and all content on this site belong to Fintelabs LTD and may not be reproduced without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
