Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 July 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use nemowaterjet.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you place an order, we receive your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if provided) and order details. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. If you join our email list, we store the email address you give us. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) needed to serve and secure the site.

Why we use it

We use order data to fulfil your purchase, arrange delivery, handle returns and warranty claims, and meet our accounting obligations (legal bases: performance of a contract and legal obligation). We use your email to send order updates, and — only if you subscribed — occasional product news, which you can stop at any time with the unsubscribe link (legal basis: consent). We use technical logs to keep the site running and secure (legal basis: legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to deliver the service: Stripe (payments), our shipping and fulfilment partners (name and delivery address only), and our website hosting provider. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Mailing-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for a short rolling period.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Email hello@nemowaterjet.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

The site itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe's checkout sets the cookies it needs to process payment securely and prevent fraud; these are described in Stripe's own privacy policy.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update it here with a new date. Significant changes will be flagged on the site.
